Lotus guitars are my top of the line. Although they might not have the most extravagent trimmings or trick wiring & are fairly simple in appearance. These models are always cut from a single piece of timber, Headstock, Neck & body all carved from a single billet. the only glue line is to attach the fretboard. Typically they are carved from Sapelle, Korina or Walnut. Heavier models, from Birdseye maple or Ash.
I find these guitars are tonaly superior to their bolt on & glued in neck siblings.
